West Grey Police are looking for a 35 year old Varney man after a firearm incident.
Police say on Tuesday October 5th, they responded to a weapons complaint in Varney.
They say their investigation revealed at least one shot was fired during a domestic dispute.
According to police, the suspect fled the scene before officers arrived and subsequently conducted an extensive search of the area, but did not find the suspect.
They say a warrant is being sought for the Varney man’s arrest for multiple Criminal Code and firearms offences.
Police say there is currently no threat to public safety in the Varney area, but note the matter is currently under active investigation.
