The Simcoe-Muskoka District Health Unit (SMDHU) is reporting 39 COVID-19 cases today and one new death.
13 of the cases are children.
Today’s update also includes 2 new hospitalizations and 20 newly resolved cases.
To date, 85 percent of the region’s Over-12 population has received its first vaccination while 79 percent has received its second.
