Clearview fire fighters were able to carry out a quick knock-down of flames at a house on Brock St. in Stayner.
While at a medical call Tuesday afternoon, the crew of a pumper truck was notified of a fire at a house nearby.
They were able to quickly bring it under control.
No injuries were reported.
