UPDATE: A second plea date has been set in this case for September 28th.
PRIOR: A 71 year old man from Kilworthy is due to plead guilty to obstructing justice today, in connection with the disappearance of Justin Evans.
The 22 year old’s body was found near his home at Muskoka Mobile Home Park in May, about six months after he was reported missing.
McKinney and Evans reportedly lived together at the park and while a cause of death has not been determined, police have said they do not believe the case is a homicide.
A coroner’s report ruled Evans’ death as undetermined and his family has said police believe he took his own life.
