Orillia is hosting a Climate Future Open House this week.
Residents are invited to join Bob McDonald, of CBC’s Quirks & Quarks, for the virtual open house on Thursday, Sept 16th from 6 to 7:30 p.m.
The city has been working on a climate change action plan and will be presenting information about the current state of Orillia’s emissions and ideas to lower emissions in the future.
There is also a survey inviting people who live work or play in Orillia to provide their thoughts on the community’s approach to climate change.
