The Simcoe Muskoka District Health Unit has reported 35 new COVID-19 cases in its latest update, including 7 children.
Among the new cases are 28 unvaccinated or partially vaccinated individuals, along with seven fully vaccinated people.
The health unit also says 22 of the new cases involve patients under the age of 35.
The new cases reported on Friday include:

3 Oro-Medonte
1 Ramara
3 Collingwood
3 Wasaga Beach
2 Tay
1 Essa Township
1 Adjala-Tosorontio
3 Bradford WG
5 New Tecumseth
1 Innisfil
1 Muskoka Lakes
1 Lake Of Bays
The health unit also reported another 15 confirmed cases of a variant of concern, along with another 13 cases of the Delta variant in the region.
