The Blue Mountains has extended the deadline to submit artwork and to participate in the Community Mural Project.
It aims to bring the community together and celebrate the resiliency of The Blue mountains during challenging times.
All residents are welcome to participate in this project and will have the opportunity to paint a unique design on either a blue or green tile that will be combined by the Mural Mosaic group to create the final 8 foot wide by 8 foot tall mural.
The finished piece will feature the artwork of approximately 400 members of the community.
The deadline for submissions has been extended until Thursday, September 30, and the
finished community mural will be revealed in October.
