Theodore the Tugboat will not be visiting Grand Bend this year.
The popular television tugboat was schedule to visit the Lambton Shores town Wednesday, but was delayed due to high winds and low water levels on Lake Huron.
Instead, Theodore stayed in Point Edward to take photos for fans under the Bluewater Bridge.
