A 23-year-old Scarborough resident has been charged after Haliburton OPP located a stolen vehicle.
Monday, OPP was told a stolen vehicle was being driven along Highway 118 East.
The driver fled on foot when police stopped it and arrested the passenger.
The passenger was charged with possession of stolen property and five counts of failing to comply with probation and is set to appear at a bail hearing today.
Police are still trying to find the driver.
