A pair from Guelph have been charged, after a disturbance at a business in Central Huron.
Police say the subject was trying to get his vehicle out of a tow facility near Clinton, and would not leave the premises.
When officers attempted to arrest the subject, reports say he resisted arrest and assaulted the arresting officer, while a second subject obstructed the arresting officer.
According to OPP, both subjects were taken into custody, and later released.
Two men from Guelph, 28 and 27, have been charged, with court dates in Goderich Court in October.
