All heat warnings have ended for our area, and relief from the heat and tropical humidity is on the way for the weekend across southern Ontario.
A much fresher air mass will move into the region for the weekend with plenty of sunshine to enjoy, right through until mid-next week.
Temperatures will actually drop a couple of degrees below season for both Saturday/Sunday with a daily high around 22-24 degrees Celsius.
The normal high for this time of year is 25.
Several weather records have been broken across the region this week, which forecasters called the hottest of the summer so far.
