Cal Patterson, former mayor of Wasaga Beach has died.
Patterson served for more than two decades on town council, and was mayor from 2003 until 2014.
He also spent five years as County of Simcoe Warden.
Patterson also volunteered for a number of organizations including the Canadian Cancer Society, Living Wish Foundation, minor sports, and Friends of the Environment.
Funeral arrangements have yet to be announced.
