Chief Chris Knoll says an honest citizen turned in $4,500 in cash that they found in an envelope on 22nd Avenue Tuesday.
Knoll says shortly thereafter, the owner went to the police station to report the lost money and was shocked when officers reunited them with their cash.
Knoll is thanking the citizen for their honesty and integrity.
