Provincial Police say three people were taken to hospital with injuries deemed non-life threatening after a two-vehicle collision in Brockton earlier this week.
South Bruce OPP, Walkerton firefighters and Bruce County EMS were called to the incident at the intersection of Highway 9 and Bruce County Road 3 around 5:30 p.m. on Monday.
Police say investigation revealed that one of the vehicles was heading southbound on Bruce County Road 3, and the other was travelling westbound on Highway 9.
OPP say the 66-year-old driver of the southbound vehicle from Halton Region was charged with fail to yield right-of-way.
