Barrie police have charged two people with drug offences, after they stopped a car earlier this week in a hotel parking lot, and eventually came across 11 pounds of meth, as well as pot, cash and a weapon.
A 33-year old Barrie man and a 45-year old male from Spanish, Ontario were arrested after the vehicle stop along Hart Drive.
The pair had been staying at the hotel and after the arrests hotel staff didn’t want them to come back in so their belongings were handed over to police.
When officers had a look at those belongings they found 10 large bags of meth.
