A COVID-19 vaccine clinic is being held in Stayner this weekend.
On Saturday, July 17, from 9:30 a.m. to 3:30 p.m., Clearview will host a Simcoe Muskoka District Health Unit walk-in COVID-19 pop-up vaccination clinic at the Stayner Arena located at 269 Regina Street.
The clinic will have mRNA vaccines available and accept first and second dose walk-ins for those who meet the following criteria:
-Are 12 years of age or older.
-Are a resident of Simcoe-Muskoka.
-If you received an mRNA vaccine as a first dose, the second dose must be at the provincial interval of 28 days after the first dose.
-If you received a first dose of the AstraZeneca vaccine and are opting to receive a second dose of an mRNA vaccine, the second dose must be 8 to 12 weeks after your first dose.
Doses will be available until supplies last.
