A 30-year-old Oshawa resident faces a luring charge in Parry Sound.
In April Crime Unit members of the West Parry Sound Detachment of the Ontario Provincial Police (OPP), assisted by the OPP Child Sexual Exploitation Unit (CSEU), OPP Digital Forensics, Timmins Police Service and Durham Regional Police Service Child Exploitation Unit started an investigation involving child luring through the internet.
Police say the accused was arrested and charged with luring a person under 16 years of age by means of telecommunication.
The accused is scheduled to appear in Parry Sound court on July 29th.
