There’s a new buzz in Orillia’s Tudhope park. The city has unveiled a new pollinator garden and an art piece featuring a butterfly.
Orillia is a designated bee city and committed a couple of years ago to enhance education and habitat development for pollinators.
The sculpture was commissioned by the city and hand-crafted by local artist Robert Doan. The new garden contains 12 different flower varieties that provide food and habitat for pollinators.
