A 15 year old from Wasaga Beach has been charged in connection with the stabbings of two people and police are still searching for a second suspect.
Police say two 18 year old men suffered serious injuries, following an altercation last Thursday night on the Main Street bridge.
Both victims were taken to hospital and one was airlifted to Toronto.
The OPP executed a search warrant at a residence in Wasaga Beach on Wednesday, when the suspect was arrested on charges of attempted murder, robbery, possession of a weapon for a dangerous purpose and failing to comply with a probation order.
He will appear in court today for a bail hearing, while police continue to search for another man described as white, 17-20 yrs old, 5’9”-6’1”. Police say he should be considered armed and dangerous.
