A 21-year-old Springwater man faces charges after an incident in Sundridge involving an off-road vehicle.
The night of June 18th Almaguin Highlands OPP investigated an unknown vehicle parked near a residence on Forest Lake Road.
They found two of the vehicles when they arrived – one driver fled but the other was stopped for not wearing a helmet.
That driver was charged with impaired/Over 80 and for not wearing a helmet.
The accused is scheduled to appear in Sundridge court on August 26th.
