A Huntsville man faces impaired driving charges in Perry Township.
OPP says that on June 18th around 2 pm they investigated a traffic complaint on Peter Street.
They charged the 41-year-old driver with impaired operation by alcohol and drug.
The accused is set to appear in a Sundridge court on August 26th to answer to the charge.
