COVID-19 vaccine eligibility has expanded in Huron and Perth counties, due to an increased supply of vaccine doses.
Huron Perth Public Health says anyone who received their first dose of mRNA vaccine on or before May 30, 2021, can book a second dose appointment for a future HPPH clinic at a shortened interval.
Pfizer and Moderna are interchangeable mRNA COVID-19 vaccines, as endorsed by the Public Health Agency of Canada, the National Advisory Committee on Immunization (NACI), and the Ontario Ministry of Health.
