The Town of Wasaga Beach is selling property at 414 Mosley Street.
It is located on the corner of Mosley Street and 13th Street North next to two residential lots, and a short walk to waterfront Provincial Parkland and the sandy shores of Georgian Bay.
The town says the immediate neighbourhood consists of a mix of recreational and full-time residences, together with some small business commercial pursuits.
All offers must be submitted to Town Hall before 12:00 noon on Wednesday July 14th.
