Wasaga Beach Mayor Nina Bifolchi has written to Health Minister Christine Elliott.
She is asking the provincial government to develop a re-opening plan that offers a more level playing field for all sectors of the economy.
The Mayor points to salons not being allowed to reopen, indoor dining not returning until stage 3 and the 21 day period between each stage.
