A 54-year-old Wasauksing First Nation resident faces charges after an incident on Georgian Bay.
West Parry Sound OPP reports that on May 30th at 5 pm members of the marine unit tried to stop a vessel that then fled from them.
Police followed it to shore and determined the driver had been drinking.
The accused was charged with Over 80, flight from police, and having liquor in an open container.
The accused has a court date set in Parry Sound on July 15th.
