OPP has charged a 70-year-old Gravenhurst man in connection with the Justin Evans disappearance case.
OPP began its investigation into the disappearance of 22-year-old Justin Evans in December 2020.
His remains were discovered by a hiker on May 19th.
On May 28th, OPP charged Kenneth McKinney, 70, with Obstructing Justice.
He’s been released from custody and is scheduled to appear in Bracebridge court on July 13th.
Police haven’t provided any further details and the investigation continues.
