A North York resident is the 40th person charged under impaired driving laws by the West Parry Sound OPP this year.
Monday at 10 pm OPP responded to a traffic complaint about a possibly impaired driver on Highway 69 in Archipelago Township.
The 44-year-old driver was charged with driving with open liquor, impaired driving, and Over 80.
Their court date is set for July 15th in Parry Sound.
