Public Health Grey Bruce reported 13 new cases of COVID-19 Thursday.
Five residents of Southgate tested positive as well as two in West Grey, two in Owen Sound, two in Saugeen Shores, one in Kincardine and one in South Bruce Peninsula.
With ten more resolved cases, there are 57 active cases including 44 active variants.
There are 177 active high-risk contacts associated with the region’s cases.
Three local people are hospitalized due to the virus and four people have been transferred from other regions to local Intensive Care Units.
Over the course of the pandemic there have been seven deaths linked to the virus in Grey Bruce.
There are no declared outbreaks.
10,327 COVID-19 vaccines were given in the past seven days, for a total of 85,651 doses to date.
