OPP have charged two Bracebridge men after they were both reportedly seen intermittently sleeping in a vehicle while in line at a HWY 118 West fast-food restaurant.
Police got the call around 1:30 pm Sunday. They say they found the vehicle before it left the location and that they charged the driver, 57-year-old Wayne McMullen of Bracebridge with impaired by a drug, cocaine possession, and possession of an Opioid.
The passenger, 35-year-old Kyle Gillard was charged with cocaine possession and possession of an Opioid.
OPP says they both men have court appearances set for June 29th in Bracebridge.
