A 57-year-old Hamilton man faces an impaired driving charge after police received a traffic complaint in Minden Hills.
Saturday, police attended the area of Water Street and located an off-road vehicle
The accused faces charges, including operating a vehicle while prohibited, Over 80, driving with a passenger on an ATV, driving without a helmet, having a passenger without a helmet and driving while under suspension.
The accused is to appear in court on June 2nd.
