In its first update since the weekend, the Simcoe-Muskoka District Health Unit is reporting 281 new COVID-19 cases and no new deaths related to the virus.
The health unit also says 229 have screen positive as a variant of concern, with 1183 currently active variant cases in the region.
The new cases reported today (Monday) include:
