A second case of COVID-19 has been confirmed at an elementary school in Goderich.
According to the Huron Perth Catholic District School Board, one case was confirmed this week at St. Mary’s Catholic Elementary School, but it is unknown if the infected person was a staff member or student.
With schools across Ontario taking part in e-learning, the HPCDSB says the infection will not prompt the closure of any classes.
Earlier this month, a case of COVID-19 was confirmed at St. Mary’s, prompting the closure of one class.
