Public Health Grey Bruce is reporting four new cases of COVID-19 in Grey Bruce in its latest report.
The Health Unit says this reflects the 24 hour time period ending 23:59 April 29th.
Two residents of Owen Sound tested positive along with one in Blue Mountains and one in South Bruce.
The Health Unit says, with 12 more resolved cases, there are 75 known active case in the region, including 32 variants.
There are 242 active high-risk contacts identified by the Health Unit.
They say one local person is hospitalized in Grey Bruce due to COVID-19, and one local person is hospitalized outside of the region.
Seven cases have been transferred from other Health Units to local Intensive Care Units.
Over the course of the pandemic there have been five deaths linked to the virus in Grey Bruce.
Public Health says there are no declared outbreaks in hospitals, long-term care homes, retirement homes, schools or childcare centres in Grey Bruce.
The Health Unit says 7,010 doses have been shipped to this region this week.
