The Simcoe Muskoka District Health Unit is reporting 283 new cases of COVID-19 in its first update from the weekend, along with two more virus-related deaths.
It also says another 279 local cases have tested positive as a variant of concern, with over 9-hundred variant cases currently active in the region.
The new cases reported today include:

3 Huntsville
