Speeding fines are now doubled along part of Kennedy Road in the Southfields Village area of Caledon. The stretch between between Bonnie Glenn Farm Boulevard and Abbotside Way has been designated a community safety zone.
OPP say there are numerous schools and senior’s homes in the area.

Remember that part of Kennedy Rd is now designated as a Community Safety Zone (CSZ).
A CSZ is a stretch of road, recognized under provincial legislation, with signage. If speeding in a CSZ, fines are doubled.
