Collingwood mayor Brian Saunderson says the town’s COVID-19 infection rate is higher than the average for Simcoe-Muskoka, and he’s convinced the stay-at-home order that went in effect Thursday is necessary. But he’s also concerned about the toll it’s taking on Collingwood’s business community.
Saunderson is hoping the Collingwood area will bounce back and have a healthy and strong summer.
