Today is Easter Monday, also known as Bright Monday, Renewal Monday, Wet Monday, and Dyngus Day—- the Monday immediately after Easter Sunday.
It is observed by many Christian groups, but primarily by the Eastern Orthodox and Roman Catholic traditions.
