Investigators are hoping a public appeal will help them solve a two-year-old case of arson in Essa Township.
Someone broke into a house and poured gasoline throughout the main floor causing extensive damage.
The residence, which was newly built and unoccupied at the time, is located on the 11th line, between the 25th Side Road and Highway 90.
OPP say fire was intentionally set somewhere between Wednesday March 27, 2019 after 4:30 p.m., and Thursday March 28, 2019 at 8:00 a.m.
Two small fires were set at the back entrance to the home.
Police are asking anyone with information to call Nottawasaga OPP or Crime Stoppers.
