A noise complaint in Midland has resulted in the arrest of a 22 year old man.
Police were called to investigate a noise complaint at an apartment building on Midland Avenue on Friday night, when the officers were allegedly assaulted by a person in the apartment of interest.
As a result, the OPP says Dawson Dion of Midland was arrested and charged with the following offences contrary to the Criminal Code of Canada as follows – Assault a Peace Officer (two counts), Fail to Comply with Probation Order (three counts), Causing a Disturbance, Mischief – obstructs, interrupts or interferes with any person in the lawful use, enjoyment or operation of property, Resist Peace Officer.
The accused was held for a bail hearing and will appear via video before the Ontario Court of Justice in Midland at a future date.
