Brendan Bottcher from Alberta defeated Kevin Koe’s Wild card entry 4-2
Bottcher scored 3 in the 7th end to erase a 1-0 deficit
In the 10th end Bottcher was sitting 3 which led Koe to concede when he didn’t have any options to score 2 for the tie.
Alberta will represent Canada at the World Men’s Curling Championship in Calgary April 2-11.
PGA The Players Championship

Justin Thomas won the tournament at 14 under par, 1 stroke better than Lee Westwood who was the runner up for a 2nd straight week.
Corey Conners of Listowel was among a handful of players to turn in the low score of 66 in the final round.
Conners tied for 7th overall, 4 strokes back of Thomas.
