A flood watch has been issued for three Huron County municipalities.
The Maitland Valley Conservation Authority says melting snow could cause flooding in Morris-Turnberry, North Huron, and Howick Township.
Residents are reminded to use extreme caution near all watercourses and flooded areas.
The flood watch is in effect until Saturday at 4:00 p.m.

Morris-Turnberry:
Turnberry St. and Helena St., Wingham
North Huron:
Scott St. at Josephine St., Wingham
Farley Lane and David St., Wingham
Low lying areas at the Victoria St. bridge, Wingham
Potential ponding of water in low lying areas between Scott St. and Amberley Rd. (Highway 86), Wingham
Howick:
Low lying areas along Victoria St. near the river
