The Grey Bruce Health Unit reported four new Covid cases in the region on Thursday.
According to Public Health, two people from Meaford and residents of Southgate and Hanover tested positive.
There are 15 active known cases in the region. One person is currently hospitalized.
On vaccination progress: 13,345 doses have been administered in the region to date.
Public Health says there are no outbreaks at any retirement homes, schools or childcare centres in Grey Bruce. Brucelea Haven long-term care home in Walkerton remains in outbreak status.
Two deaths have been attributed to Covid in Grey Bruce since the start of the pandemic.
The testing and case counts data released by the health unit on Thursday is reflective of a 24-hour period prior to 11:59 p.m. Wednesday.
Meanwhile, The Health Unit is working with Bluewater School Board to address a confirmed case associated with Highpoint Community School, in Southgate
They say their assessment, to date, indicates transmission did not take place within the school environment.
They say There is strong evidence that transmission occurred outside of the school.
