A pair of men from Huron East have been charged, in what police are calling “serial break and enters.”
Since October 2020, OPP say seven businesses in Seaforth, Parkhill, Forest, Lucknow, Hanover, Walkerton, and Listowel have been subject of break-ins.
In the early hours of February 19th, Perth County police say say stopped a vehicle matching the description of a suspect vehicle involved in the break and enters.
According to reports, the driver and passenger matched surveillance footage, and were arrested.
The subsequent investigation confirmed they were responsible for the aforementioned break-ins.
A 33 year old and 30 year old from Huron East are facing charges for break and enter, theft under $5 thousand, and possess break in instruments.
