A winter weather travel advisory is in effect for most of south-central Ontario.
Environment Canada says a band of snow is forecast to move across the area this morning, which will become heavy at times.
It says total snowfall amounts of 5 to 10 cm can be expected by the time the snow comes to an end by this afternoon.
This morning’s commute will likely be impacted and motorists are being advised to prepare for changing road conditions.
