Owen Sound Police say they have seized a loaded gun.
Police say on Sunday, (Feb 21) officers investigated domestic threats, mischief and weapons offences.
They say their investigation revealed a local 21-year-old man had threatened a female and destroyed some of her property.
When police arrived at the residence they say they observed a firearm in plain sight, and it was found to have been loaded.
According to police, the firearm had been sawed off making it a prohibited firearm.
Police charged the man with uttering threats, domestic mischief and 5 additional charges relating to the possession of the firearm.
He has a bail hearing today.
