Grey Bruce OPP say a man was airlifted to hospital with serious injuries after a snowmobile crash on the Bruce Peninsula.
Provincial Police, Bruce County paramedics and Northern Bruce Peninsula firefighters were called to the incident just after 1:30 p.m. on Thursday afternoon on a trail near Tobermory.
Police say a 61-year-old snowmobile operator lost control and collided with a tree.
According to police, the man suffered serious injuries not considered life-threatening. He was airlifted to regional hospital.
OPP say they continue to investigate the circumstances surrounding the collision.
