A man charged in connection with a murder in Ramara is due in court today.
Police say a woman was found dead inside a home on Monck Road, east of Highway 169 on Saturday night, when a man was also taken to hospital with non-life threatening injuries.
A 30 year old man was taken into custody at the scene on charges of first degree murder and attempted murder.
Police say the suspect will not be named at this time in order to protect the identities of the victims.
Neighbours told CTV Barrie a couple and their adult son lived in the home.
