Police have laid a list of charges against a 21 year old from Ramara, after burning pickup truck was found in a ditch.
There was no one around the blazing vehicle early Thursday morning and the plates had been removed.
Police say the driver eventually returned, and was arrested for drunk driving. Then police found a front end loader in the ditch nearby.
That loader had been stolen from a quarry. Police allege the man intended to use it to pull the truck from the ditch.
The accused is due in court in Orillia next month.
