It has been another busy start to the day for Muskoka Lakes Fire crews.
They were called to a fully involved boathouse fire on Mortimers Point Road early this morning, which was threatening a nearby cottage.
Fire crews once again struggled to gain access to the property, since the driveway was filled with snow.
No word yet on a possible cause or damage estimate just yet.
Firefighters say access was also impeded by snow on a private roadway when a fire broke out at a home off of Penwood Road on Sunday.
