A drug trafficking investigation by the Muskoka Community Street Crime Unit has resulted in three arrests and the seizure of a substantial quantity of controlled substances.
Police say a traffic stop was conducted on Centre Street in Huntsville on Friday afternoon, when three people were taken into custody.
Officers seized a quantity of cocaine, crack, blue fentanyl and the opiate hydromorphone, along with over 65-hundred dollars in cash.
The following people have been charged:
Dwayne Gagnon (41), of Huntsville, Ontario
- Three (3) counts of Possession of a Schedule 1 Substance for the Purpose of Trafficking S. 5(2) CDSA
- Possession of a Schedule 1 Substance – Hydromorphone S. 4(1) CDSA
- Possession of Property Obtained by Crime S. 355(a) CCC
- Fail to Comply with Probation S. 733.1(1) CCC
Kearsten Lumley (27), of Huntsville, Ontario
- Three (3) counts of Possession of a Schedule 1 Substance for the Purpose of Trafficking S. 5(2) CDSA
- Possession of Property Obtained by Crime S. 355(a) CCC
Dallas Snow (28), of Perry Township, Ontario
- Three (3) counts of Possession of a Schedule 1 Substance for the Purpose of Trafficking S. 5(2) CDSA
- Possession of Property Obtained by Crime S. 355(a) CCC
- Fail to Comply with Undertaking S. 145(4)(a) CCC
All three accused were released on Undertakings and are to appear in the Ontario court of Justice in Huntsville, Ontario on March 3, 2021.
